Natural Ovens Direct Delivery sells and ships products only within the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. No shipments can be outside the United States. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped 2nd day air - no exceptions.

We rely on the accuracy of the address you enter. We cannot credit your account or issue a refund if the package is returned or undeliverable due to incorrect or insufficient address. Also, we do not take responsibility for orders left at UPS facilities after delivery is unsuccessfully attempted for any reason.

Our shipper will not deliver to a Post Office Box. Please use the street address.

We require the telephone number where the package is to be delivered.

When your order is received by us, you will receive an email thanking you for your order and letting you know that an order confirmation is forthcoming. Shortly afterward, you will receive an order confirmation from us via email. If you do not receive anything after placing your order, please contact us at 800-772-0730 as it's likely your order did not go through. If calling after hours please leave a message with a phone number you can be reached at between the hours of 8:00am-4:00pm CST.

We ship on Monday only to ensure that only the freshest product arrives at your door. Ordering deadline is the Thursday prior – mail and phone orders must be received by 4:00pm CST, website orders must be placed by midnight CST.

We accept Visa and MasterCard for online orders. To place an order using check or money order, please print out your order and mail with payment to: Natural Ovens Direct Delivery, 4300 County Road CR, Manitowoc, WI 54220-9263.

We accept coupons for online orders only if they have a promo code. Look for the words "promo code" printed right on the coupon – the code to use appears after those words. To redeem a coupon with a promo code, please enter the promo code in the proper area on the payment information page. We do accept multiple promo codes. We do not accept expired coupons or promo codes.

If you would like to redeem a Natural Ovens Bakery gift certificate, we are unable to process your order online; you will need to phone us with your order. After placing your order with us over the phone, you will be directed to mail the gift certificate to us. Your order will not be shipped until we receive the gift certificate. To cancel an order, you must call 1-800-772-0730 by the Thursday before the shipping day, by 4:00pm CST.
